Shweta moved to the big city, Mumbai, from a small village in Maharashtra for better opportunities. Despite hailing from a community that frowned upon educating women, her resilience and ambition helped her reach professional heights which she was always told was impossible for a girl. She is now a CREC at Jana Small Finance Bank and the sole earning member of her family. Shweta is of the staunch belief that she will stand by the organisation as it grows, in a manner similar to the way in which the Bank has stood by her.
