Financial constraints compelled Yogesha to discontinue schooling in the seventh grade and take up a job to help support his family. Tired of being stuck in a rut, he decided to take his future into his own hands. He juggled strenuous work schedules with difficult exam preparations. After joining Jana Small Finance Bank, his growth has been even more phenomenal. Dedicated work resulted in the achievement of various professional awards, recognition and successes, while simultaneously giving him more time to focus on education. Today, over and above the various performance records he has successfully broken, he also holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
