Vijay’s dream to become a banker took root at a very young age, as his father served as a bank guard. He faced the most challenging time of his life when his father fell gravely ill. Being left directionless after the death of his father, Vijay strongly believes that working with Jana Small Finance Bank played a vital role in helping him through his grief. For this, he feels an emotional connect with the Bank and is proud that he has been able to realise his father’s dreams.
