Sachin grew up on a small farm, where his younger brother’s dreams of higher education was the only priority for him and his parents. By working at Jana Small Finance Bank, and making the best use of the various incentive schemes, his brother's dream is now a reality. He is grateful for everything Jana Small Finance Bank has made possible, and credits his brother’s achievements to the Bank, saying that his family has not one, but two Jana Bankers.
