We are bringing a specially curated campaign for our customers to promote digital activation & transaction activity in the account. In this campaign, eligible customers will earn an exciting rewards.

1. Campaign & Campaign Eligibility

  • Jana Small Finance Bank Limited (the “Bank”) is launching a campaign for its Saving Account & Current Account (only individual) customers (“Customer)”) wherein the Customer has to add Rs.30, 000 in his/her account (over and above the balance maintained till 17th March’22) by 28th March’22 and maintain the balance till 30th April’22.
  • Additionally, the Customer has to make two debit card transactions (on-line or offline) worth Rs.500 or above, each.
  • The campaign shall begin on 18th March and shall end on 30th April, 2022.

2. Rewards

  • The Customer who meets the aforesaid criteria shall qualify for the campaign and get an Amazon voucher worth Rs.250/-.
  • Additionally, the top 100 debit card spenders will additionally get an Amazon voucher of Rs.1, 000/-

3. Balance Addition & Maintenance Criteria and Debit Card spend criteria: (For the reward started in section 2 (a) above)

  • The Customer must add Rs.30, 000 to the existing balance (existing balance as on 17th March’22) by 28th March’22 and maintain till 30th April’22.
  • The Customer withdrawing the balance and adding it back again shall not be considered for the Amazon voucher.
  • Existing balance shall be considered from the previous day of campaign start date i.e. 17th March’22 and balance for the account will be tracked everyday till campaign end date i.e. 30th April’22.
  • Only those customers who maintain the total amount (existing amount + Rs. 30,000) everyday throughout the campaign period till 30th April’22 shall be considered eligible for voucher.
  • If the Customer has Rs. 25,000 of existing balance in the savings account on 17th March’22, the Customer is required to add Rs. 30,000 in the said account by 28th March’22. The Customer must add Rs. 30,000 in the account before 8.00 PM of 28th March’22 and maintain Rs. 55,000 till the end of the campaign i.e. 30th April’22.
  • The aforesaid balance of Rs. 55,000 must be maintained everyday throughout the campaign period. Customer transferring the existing balance and adding balance again to the account before the campaign end date shall not be eligible for the Amazon voucher.
  • Additionally, the Customer must do two debit card transaction of Rs.500 each to qualify for the campaign. In such case, the Customer should add Rs.31, 000 and above in the account, over and above the existing balance as on 17th March’2022.
  • Any transaction done on the last day of campaign (i.e. 30th April, 2022), post 8.00 PM shall not be considered.
  • Only completed transactions shall be considered for the campaign.
  • The transaction on debit card should not result in balance reduction below the threshold level. Any reduction in threshold balance shall lead to disqualification.

4. Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • Only retail spends like paying online on a lifestyle website, ordering food online, shopping at any store using the debit card shall be considered.
  • Below transactions shall not be considered as a debit card spend:
    • Any transaction to purely fund the wallet/financial institution assisted app/website (e.g. PayTM, CRED etc. shall not be considered as a debit card spend;
    • Cash withdrawal at ATM, Fuel payment, tax payments, Insurance or Mutual Fund purchase;
    • Any account or wallet transfer using debit card will not be considered as purchase transaction;
    • In app transaction done on Jana MB/IB (Recharge, Bill Payment, UPI etc.) using the Debit Card;
    • Payment for online gaming and online gaming websites;
    • Incomplete, rejected, invalid, returned, disputed or unauthorized transactions.
  • The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the campaign if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the card.
  • The qualified customers shall get the Amazon voucher within 90 days of the campaign end date. Customer must check their spam folder in case they did not receive the communication on the Amazon voucher.
  • This Campaign is voluntary and by participating in the same, the Customer(s) is/are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms & conditions.
  • Jana Banker’s Salary Account shall not be eligible to be part of this campaign.
  • The Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Amazon voucher or any other third party product.
  • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or to any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the customer(s) due to the Campaign, shall be to the sole account of the customer(s). Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), if any, on the monetary value of the Amazon Voucher shall be payable by the Customer(s)
  • If the Customer ceases to be a Customer at any time during the currency of the campaign, all the benefits under the Campaign shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
  • All issues pertaining to this campaign to be raised within 90 days from the announcement of the Campaign. If any dispute or complaint or query raised after 90 days then the same will not be entertained.
  • For reward stated in section 2 (b) above, 100 highest spenders shall be decided basis the total retail spend done by the Customer, during the campaign period.
  • If more than 100 customer transact for the highest amount, the Bank shall be at liberty to choose first 100 spenders at its sole discretion.
  • Spending money does not guarantee that a reward shall be given, unless the criteria laid down by the Bank has been met.
  • The Bank shall, at its sole discretion, decide on the rewards to be given. The decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final and binding. The Customer shall not be entitled to raise any dispute or make any claim in connection with the same. e.g. If customer A & B has done debit card spend of Rs. 2,000 each and Mr. C has done debit card transaction worth Rs. 1,000. Then ranking will be 1 for both A & B and Mr. C will be ranked 3.
  • The customers eligible for the reward stated in section 2(b) above shall be decided by the Bank on first cum first serve basis and the decision of the Bank in connection to the same shall be final. The Customer shall not be entitled to dispute the same or make any claim against the Bank whatsoever.
  • All issues/ queries/ complaints/ grievances relating to the Amazon voucher usages, if any, shall be addressed to Amazon directly without any reference to the Bank.
  • The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Amazon voucher shall not constitute a claim against the Bank and shall be addressed directly by Amazon.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Bengaluru. However, the Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
  • This campaign is applicable only for retail customers (Individual category). Non-Individual customers are not part of this campaign.
  • The Bank reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, withdraw or discontinue the campaign, and/or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
